Creative Contracted Services

The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Creative Contracted Services

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP is due on. Thursday, April 30, 2026, by 2:00 PM. Late responses will not be considered.

Questions must be received by no later than Friday, April 24 , 2026, by Noon. All questions will be answered and posted in IonWave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

The term of this contract will be effective upon award through August 31, 2026, and will automatically renew for four (4) annual terms.

Scope & Purpose: Clear Creek ISD is seeking qualified vendors to provide Creative Contracted Services in the area of Visual and Performing Arts. This bid encompasses services delivered by artists, educators, organizations offering enrichment, instruction, performance, or arts-based programming to students across the district. This would include the following categories: • Graphic Design Services • Music Arrangers • Music Composers • Drill Writers • Marching Band Visual & Show Consultants • Dance Show Drill Writers • Choreographer • Creative Instructors • Audio/Visual Recordings • Audio/Visual Production • Instructional Coaching • Clinicians • Master Class Teachers • Vocal Coaches • Color Guard Technicians & Instruction • Costume Design • Staff Development • Professional Training • Other services related to enrichment of the District Visual & Performing Arts programs
