It is the intent of this “Invitation to Bid" to establish a vendor to supply the Town of Groton with PW 26-08 Solar-powered trash compactor bins and noncompacting bins. The Town of Groton, Connecticut is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide solar-powered trash compacting bins for use in the Downtown Mystic area.
