The City of Calgary (The City) requires a competent and experienced service provider to enter into an agreement to provide Planned Maintenance, Call Out service, regulatory inspections, repairs, replacements an/or installations of its fire Equipment as outlined in Appendix F - Deliverables.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) year. The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed, for two (2) additional two (2) Year term, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
