2025 Road Program
Collingdale Borough
Collingdale Borough will receive bids online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 AM on June 23, 2025 for the 2025 Road Program. Work includes milling, overlay, patching and base repair. Add Alternates are included.
Documents will be available on-line at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ at 10:00 AM on June 10, 2025.
Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid, as posted through PennBid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
Bids will be opened online on and referred to the Borough for award. An abstract of the bids will be available on PennBid at the date and time bids are due.
Questions may be submitted through PennBid’s “Questions” tab on or before Noon on June 18 2025. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered plan holders. Responses will be posted on PennBid and notification sent to Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents from PennBid.
Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packages, (ie insurance and the E-Verify Public Works Employment Verification Act and PA Prevailing Wage Rates).
The Successful Bidder who is awarded the Contract will be required to pay PennBID a fee of 1/3% (.0033) of the Contract Award Value.
Collingdale Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of, to informalities in the bidding, and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
