Competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) 140G0126Q0260 will be issued on or about 09/01/2026 with written quotes due on or about 09/10/2026.

A Site Visit will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 9:00am ED at USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center at the S.O. Conte Research Laboratory, 1 Migratory Way Turners Falls, MA 01376-0796.

All vendors interested in attending the site visit shall send a confirmation email to Contracting Officer, Leah Williams at leah_williams@ios.doi.gov with RFQ number 140G0126Q0260 referenced in the subject line.

This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 561730 - Landscaping Services. The size standard is $9.5 million.

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. Quotations shall be submitted to Contracting Officer, Leah Williams at leah_williams@ios.doi.gov with RFQ number 140G0126Q0260 referenced in the subject line.

The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/14/2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order.
