SOURCES SOUGHT
BACKGROUND:
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal to a Nanosonics Trophon 2 High Level Disinfection Device, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
OBJECTIVE:
The current disinfection unit is currently inoperable and is nearing its end of device life. The cost to repair does not justify the units’ current value to Santa Fe Indian Health Center. The current device is also the first-generation iteration of the device and the current generation is currently at 3, making the device technology outdated.
Acquiring a new current generation disinfection unit will allow provider to disinfect necessary ultrasonic probes in a shorter time frame, and would allow providers to spend more time with patients.
The Contractor shall provide and ensure that all medical equipment and systems fit into and be compatible to work with the existing floor, location, framework, electrical, and plumbing systems of the existing medical facilities and departments specified in this scope. The Contractor shall provide the following:
1. Trophon 2 High-Level-Disinfection (HDL) Device - Height- 21 inches, Width -14.2 inches, Depth - 12.5 inches, Packaged Weight- 48.5 lbs., Packaged - 55 lbs., Minimum Side Clearance - 10 Inches, recommended to leave device powered on at all times. Device does not require special ventilation or plumbing.

PERIOD OF DELIVERY
*THE ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES WILL BE FOR A BASE + 4 OPTION PERIODS.
HOURS OF OPERATION & PLACE OF DELIVERY:
Hours of operation will be M-F from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The Contractor shall provide Trophon 2 High Level Disinfection Device to the following facility:
Santa Fe Indian Health Center, Attn: Nursing Department, 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505
