Posting Summary
This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested offerors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (hereinafter State System) to provide the following services:
A. Healthcare Plan Consulting/Actuarial Services. Consultative and actuarial services associated with the administrative, management and compliance functions of the State System’s healthcare plans for active employees and retirees. Hereafter, these services are referred to as Healthcare Consulting Services.
B. IRS Form 1095 Annual Fulfillment Services. Support in meeting the regulatory requirement to provide applicable active employees and retirees an IRS Form 1095 by March 1 each year based on prior years information. Offeror will provide form preparation, printing and mailing services based upon a data file prepared and sent by the State System.
