Parks and Recreation 2026 Master Plan

James City County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Parks & Recreation Master Plan that will guide the planning, development, programming, and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities inclusive of County parks and recreation centers for the next ten (10) years. The Parks & Recreation completed its last Master Plan Update in 2017, making this a priority to ensure alignment with the growing and changing needs of the community, national accreditation requirements, community input, and future goals.

Due Date: April 3, 2025, NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. local time.

Submission: All proposals must be submitted electronically via Demand Star. Please reference Appendix B for more information on registering and submitting electronic proposals/bids in Demand Star.
