IFB 5CA07684 Pipeline Emergency Responder Initiative Training Services

1.        Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Pipeline Emergency Responders Initiative Training services as described herein:
Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, services taxes, and fees to work collaboratively with the Pipeline Emergency Responders Initiative (PERI) Advisory Committee, as well as stakeholders from local, state, and federal government, professional organizations, members of industry, first responders, and other subject matter experts, to develop and deliver Pipeline Emergency Responder Training that is aligned with the national program per the United States Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). This will consist of coordinating cadres and facilitating cadre meetings, as well as administrating the training courses throughout the State of California. Contractor will be responsible for training PERI instructors and determining if they are qualified as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work of the attached Sample Agreement.
