General Project Description:
Town of Normal Parks & Recreation Sculpture Park project Paving Package work will include site preparation, construction fencing, temporary erosion control measures, site removals and clearing, earth work operations, cast-in-place concrete footings, asphalt paving, concrete paving and curbs, and unit paving. The Electrical Package work will include lighting electrical service, inground and floodlight uplighting for sculptures, and light bollards.

at 1110 Douglas Street, Normal, IL 61761.

. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
