Logan County Fiscal Court will be accepting bids on Asphalt Hot Mix priced by the ton for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. Submit bids on a by-the-ton price F.O.B. at the plant. When submitting bids, please submit (9) copies and indicate on the outside of the envelope what type of product you are bidding. Logan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may determine, based on all criteria that the best bid may not be the lowest bid.
