The Ward Acres Community Garden, located in Ward Acres Park in New Rochelle, NY, is organized and operated by volunteers with the support of the City of New Rochelle Department of Parks and Recreation. The Garden features 88 separate 10'x10' plots.

Pre-Bid Site Visit

A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on Monday, November 06, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will begin at Ward Acres Community Garden located in Ward Acres Park. Please meet on the corner of Quaker Ridge Road and Broadfield Road.

The Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged attend. This will be the only opportunity access either location.
