In keeping with Lowndes County Board of Education Policy DJE (Purchasing) and applicable State of Georgia Law, Lowndes County Schools (“LCS”) seeks to achieve the best value for the expenditures of public funds by offering experienced and qualified vendors the opportunity to submit bid proposals for a parking expansion improvement located at 1592 Norman Drive, Valdosta, Georgia.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: All potential bidders must attend a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. local. Attendance is mandatory and bids will only be accepted from vendors in attendance. Meet at the job site located at 1592 Norman Drive, Valdosta, GA 31601.

Questions regarding the Request for Proposal process should be directed to Ashley Fletcher, Facilities Coordinator via email at ashleyfletcher@lowndes.k12.ga.us. Only questions received by Monday, June 1, 2026 at or before 12:00 PM will be considered.

All proposals must be received by Thursday, June 4, 2026 by 11:00 a.m. local time. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.
