AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this addendum is to revise the due date and time of the Solicitation.
***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
PURPOSE The purpose of the solicitation contract is to solicit responses to contract with a vendor(s) to provide Prairie Chicken Tracking Transmitters with Data Plans. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requires 60 GPS transmitters that are lightweight (SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Molly.Gunderson@state.mn.us no later than 3:00 p.m. CST, October 7, 2024. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
