Description

Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) requires expertise to support the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile practices by guiding the transition and ensuring alignment with best practices. One (1) contract will be awarded as a result of the evaluation of the responses to this RFP.

This requirement is open only by invitation to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under “Tier 1” (= $0 - $3.75M) and under the Stream 4: Business Services Class, category: B.1 Business Analyst, level of expertise: 3 (Senior), region or metropolitan area: National Capital Region (NCR)

Neither the qualifying proposal that scores the highest points nor the one that contains the lowest cost will necessarily be accepted. HICC reserves the right to accept any proposal as submitted without prior negotiations.
