Description: |
The Department of Corrections, SCI Somerset is looking to procure (1) 32” Steam heated ironer that is 120” wide, 36” diameter rolls (three roll ironer) that is steam heated with modular construction allowing for expansion. Must be able to interconnect/interface with existing Braun feeder and cross folder. Have variable speed, adjustable infeed conveyor, spring steel padding, nomex roll cover and a safety emergency stop. Air pressure regulator gauge, air pressure indicator, roll pressure indicator, and steam pressure indicator with also with finger guard
protection, protective canopy over the rolls. Also be capable of large or small piece ironing have two vacuum fans manifolded into the three rolls operating 460 VAC/3 Ph. Lastly, steam, air and vacuum duct connections on left exit side of machine. Come with a minimum of one-year parts/labor/installation warranty |
