Project Description: 2025 SWDCMA ARPA Manhole Repairs ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Proposals will be received online by Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority (SWDCMA), via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) for the SWDCMA Sanitary Sewer System Manhole Repairs and Rehabilitation until Wednesday February 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
Bidder shall submit their bid on the PennBid website, by the set time on the due date.
All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net.
This Project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority.
Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in the bid packages, particularly the project being subject to various insurance requirements.
This contract is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages.
The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the Authority.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
