Description

Village of Bible Hill is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to assess, recommend, and design a replacement HVAC system for the Village of Bible Hill office building, 67 Pictou Road, Bible Hill. The existing system, including an aging oil boiler, air/heat exchanger, and two air conditioning units, requires replacement with a modern and efficient HVAC solution. The consultant will provide professional services including consultation, specifications, and detailed design, as well as construction administration and inspection from initial assessment through to construction completion.
