Description

The Forest Tenures Branch, of the Ministry of Forests, is seeking cost-effective, adaptive, and customer focussed business support, including, understanding business and software requirements of the project or program, identifying, and documenting system issues, community of practice and user training support, working with users and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, conducting post-release and post-implementation testing, participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, assessment and reporting analyses and tools, and GIS decision support services.
This work includes support of existing and emerging initiatives associated with the Electronic Submissions Framework (ESF), Natural Resource Online Services (NROS) portal, Status and Clearance Service Component (SNCSC), Forest Tenues Administration (FTA) system, and Resource Roads System (RRS).
Timely delivery of these Services is key to the success of the overall project; and to ensuring overall accuracy, consistency, and completeness of tenures data across its lifecycle.
