Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for the Goodyear Recreation Campus Phase II #50063 (“project”). The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process.
The Owner’s initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $68,000,000 (FY2027). This is an approximate estimate. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project. This project is anticipated to be funded through CIP General Funds.
