The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), requests Bids for the purchase of Wisconsin State Park vehicle admission passes and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. These passes are adhered to a vehicle’s interior front windshield facing outward to indicate admission fee purchase for up to 12 months. The DNR needs two printed formats. All 12-month admission passes issued in a calendar year carry the same primary design, with 13 sub-versions marking each of the 12 months of the year, or with no mark. Most passes are delivered in padded booklets and some are delivered loose, stuffed in labeled envelopes. The padded booklets contain 50 passes and are printed with no month indicated. The loose backing pre-stuffed passes in envelopes are printed in 12 versions, with the date indicated by a highlighted text bubble along the perimeter of the sticker. The DNR does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be rejected. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum contract price during the term of the Contract.
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to utilize this bid for all purchases for the timeframe stated in 1.5. |
