Project Description: Chatham County in coordination with Effingham County, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide engineering design services for the Old River Road Widening Project. The project will be jointly funded by Chatham County and Effingham County on a 50/50 cost-sharing basis. The County presents this "Request for Proposals - Quality Based Selection" (QBS) to describe its needs and those criteria which will be used to determine selection of services.
