Summary

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) releases this Request for Proposal (RFP), in accordance with Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 125.081, to solicit Proposals from Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), that are currently certified as such by the Ohio Department of Development for the purpose of obtaining a Vendor to manage an existing service provider directory database and manage the existing information, known as the Ohio Benefits Long-Term Services and Supports (OBLTSS) Service Provider Database for the OBLTSS Service Provider Website, which is a referral website used to access the database information. The Selected Vendor will not be responsible for providing or maintaining the OBLTSS website but must manage and provide database information that is useable on the Website.

Process

As prescribed in Section 6.5, the Offeror’s total complete proposal submission (the original Technical and Cost Proposals, all required copies, and the electronic copies (USB drives) must be received by ODM no later than 2:00 p.m . EST on February 6 , 2025.
