RFP for Progressive Design-Build Feasibility and Project Management Consulting Services for the Sewer System Capacity Upsizing Projects

The Midway City Sanitary District (District) is seeking proposals and fee proposals from  highly qualified consulting firms that have specific demonstrable experience in the  progressive design-build arena to provide a comprehensive feasibility study for the use of the progressive design-build contract procurement process for the District’s sewer system capacity upsizing projects.  If determined to be feasible, the selected firm will assist the District in formulating a procurement strategy and be responsible for items available in the RFP document.
