Professional Electrical Underground Design and Engineering Services

In accordance with the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes for Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the City of Winter Park is accepting qualification submittals from any firm or individual licensed to perform professional services in the State of Florida with demonstrable professional experience and interest in providing these services to the City of Winter Park.

This project will involve a system conversion to place all overhead lines, equipment, and lighting conductors underground. The primary focus areas will be equipment placement and transformer loading. Additional related projects or services may also be included on an as-needed basis to support ongoing undergrounding efforts and infrastructure enhancements.
