NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract LIQUID PORTABLE OXYGEN 26-074-DCC on or before September 11, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at steven.pasko@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.
STATEMENT OF WORKDuPage County (“County”) Care Center is seeking a bidder to furnish and deliver liquid portable oxygen for Care Center residents. Product shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination inside to 400 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois, 60187.
The successful bidder shall supply twelve (12) Liberators and approximately forty (40) liquid oxygen portables at no charge as part of this contract.In addition to the provided units, the bidder shall be responsible for liquid medical oxygen fills.
Liberators are liquid oxygen reservoir units that serve as a filling source for smaller portable liquid-oxygen units (“portables”).Due to the Care Center’s older construction, the Care Center does not have oxygen connections in each room. Liberators and portables allow staff to easily move oxygen around when required.
The awarded bidder shall provide Care Center staff with educational support to properly learn how to use all equipment.
