Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS
2026 Equipment Rental and Labor for Various Stormwater Management Projects
Sealed bids will be received for equipment rental and labor for various Stormwater Management Projects in Upper Gwynedd Township for a one (1) year period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, online by Upper Gwynedd Township via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 AM on Friday, March 27, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The following equipment rental and labor will be needed:
One (1) Track Excavator (Case 9020 or equivalent) with Operator.
One (1) Track Loader (953 or equivalent) with Operator.
One (1) Wide Track Dozer with Operator
One (1) Skid Loader with Rock-Hound Attachment with Operator
One (1) 3” Minimum Bypass Pump System
Triaxle Dump Trucks with Drivers (up to five (5) per day)
One (1) Backhoe/Loader – 580 or equivalent with Operator
Labor Crew (up to three (4) person crew per day) All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net.
Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid, made payable to Upper Gwynedd Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within fifteen (15) days after the contract is awarded.
No Bid shall be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which the Township may review the Bids and investigate bidders' qualifications. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by Upper Gwynedd Township.
