NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract UTILITY TUNNEL EXHAUST FAN REPLACEMENT 26-017-FM on or before January 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County Facilities Management (“County”) is seeking a bidder to furnish, deliver and replace eight (8) utility tunnel exhaust fans. The awarded bidder shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods mentioned or scheduled on the Drawings or herein specified including all labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the Work as described. Interested Bidders are required to carefully review all specifications and requirements before submitting
bids.
