Project Description: Santaquin City (“City”), a fourth-class municipality in the State of Utah, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced waste management and disposal and recycle contractors to provide comprehensive curbside solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services for both residential and some City locations. The City intends to enter into a municipal service agreement with a single contractor for a term of up to five (5) years, subject to annual appropriations and satisfactory performance.
