Invitation to Bid - Heating Fuel Oil - Calendar Year 2026

The City of North Pole is soliciting bids to supply Heating Fuel Oil for all municipal buildings and facilities on a “keep-full” basis for the period January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The City annually consumes approximately 40,000 to 50,000 gallons of heating fuel oil per year. Copies of the Invitation to Bid may be obtained by contacting the Director of City Services at tglidden@northpolealaska.org or 907-488-8593. Hard copy sealed bids must be received in the City Clerk’s Office by 02:00pm, Thursday, November 6th, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.
