RFP Wound Care Supplies and Medical Billing Services; Spec No 13-04/26

Project Description: Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility (Facility) is issuing this RFP to renew its current contract to deliver wound care products as per physician order maintaining an in-house inventory of supplies which are re-stocked a minimum of twice a week by the vendor. The inventory is replaced as needed. All supplied wound care products must meet the facility standards. The vendor is required to prepare a billing report at the end of each month specifying all necessary information for Medicare billing stating each amount by resident that are reimbursable and non-reimbursable. The Facility is invoiced monthly by the vendor for the wound care supplies used.
