Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Salt Lake County Library Division / the Community Services Department, and Facilities Management, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Architect” or “A/E”) to provide design consulting services for a new multi-use library, black box theater, Ballet West facility (“Project”) per the scope of work and requirements below.
The Project’s proposed location is on the existing West Valley Library site located at 2880 West 3650 South in West Valley City, Utah. County intends to hire an Architectural/Engineering Team (“Design Team”) to be the Architect of Record.
