This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide services for Wetland mitigation at two sites located in Davis and Weber County. Sites require ongoing maintenance activities such as noxious and invasive weed control along with the potential for additional work items such as mowing, tree and shrub removal, reseeding and riparian plant replacement.
This contract may result in a multiple 5 year contracts.
Award will be given to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder from the Cost sheet Attachment C.
Mandatory Site visit:
Date/Time: Thursday March 19th 2026 at 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
We will start at the Huntsville site and then coordinate and travel to the Layton site.

The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 pm and if you are late you may be asked to not participate in the site visit and not allowed to submit a bid.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 1 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260185CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
