Description
The Regional District of East Kootenay (“RDEK”, “Regional District”) is inviting prospective Proponents to submit non-binding Proposals for a regional wide Hazard, Risk, and Vulnerability Analysis (“HRVA”) that conforms to the new Emergency and Disaster Management Act (EDMA) and incorporates potential changes in climate and the effects of extreme weather events for the East Kootenay area.
