No. 2026-02-AP Terminal Apron Expansion

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeFuniak Springs is soliciting sealed Proposals for

RFP 2026-02-AP Terminal Apron Expansion. Sealed RFPs will be received in the City Clerk’s

Office, City of DeFuniak Springs, 1350 Baldwin Avenue, PO Box 685, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435

on or by July 14, 2026, no later than 1:00 P.M. (local time). Bids will be open at 1:00 P.M. (local

time) in CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1350 Baldwin Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, FL

32435.

A N-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on TUESDAY JUNE 23, 2026 AT 11:00 AM CT

at the DeFuniak Springs Municipal Airport, 183 Gene Hurley Road, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435

(850) 892- 2000. Each bidder shall be limited to three personnel per organization.

To be considered, Firm/Team must submit one (1) original on a thumb drive, one (1) original hard in

a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm/Team’s name and address, and the words

“City Manager Koby Townsend: Sealed Bid – RFP 2026-02-AP Terminal Apron Extension.”

All RFPs will be publicly opened and only the names of the Respondents will be disclosed. RFPs

received after the assigned date and time will NOT be considered. ATTENTION ALL INTERESTED

RESPONDENTS: Prospective respondents should contact the City Clerk's Office to obtain either an

electronic or paper version of the RFP documents by calling 850-892-8500, ext. 1103 or email

cityclerk@defuniaksprings.net.

NO CONTACT CLAUSE:

All prospective Respondents are hereby instructed NOT to contact any member of the City of

DeFuniak Springs, City Council, City Manager, or City of DeFuniak Springs staff member other

than the authorized City contact person identified in this solicitation, or the City's designated

procurement staff member, regarding this solicitation package, or the Respondent's submittal

package, City's Intent to Award, or City's Intent to Reject (if applicable) at any time prior to the

FORMAL AWARD for this project. Any such contact may be cause for rejection of your submittal.
