Title: Veterinary Services Annual Contract

The City of Sierra Vista is requesting proposals from qualified veterinarians to provide veterinary services in support of the City's Animal Control Office pet adoptions. The City is interested in three options: 1) Veterinarians wanting to provide services to animals brought to its clinic by the Animal Control Office as part of the adoption process, and/or 2) Veterinarians interested in providing on-site surgical services (once a week) at the city's new animal surgical center located at the Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center located at 6799 E. Highway 90, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. The City is also interested in any proposal you may have that we haven't specifically asked for (submit as option 3).
Veterinarians can propose on option 1 only, option 2 only, option 3 only, or any combination thereof.

The City seeks to award a one (1) year contract and up to four (4) annual extensions upon mutual agreement of both parties. The first term shall begin upon execution of contract until June 30, 2027. If all extensions are approved, the term shall extend until June 30, 2031. The City intends to award contracts to more than one provider.
The Center's annual animal volumes are:
1. During calendar year 2025 the shelter adopted, or sent to a rescue, a total of 621 animals.
