Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the Southmost Nature Trail Phase III Project, a federally funded transportation improvement project administered in coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) under the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Carbon Reduction Program (CFDA No. 20.205). The City is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to solicit responses from qualified contractors for construction services in accordance with applicable City, TxDOT, and federal requirements.
