REUPHOLSTERING BNIA FURNITURE

Project Description: SCOPE: The firm selected will be responsible for the reupholstery of airport seating, including but not limited to:
• Arconas-manufactured brands such as Bernu Aero, Place Series, and Connex
• Various lounge chairs, couches, and stools throughout the terminal

PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on April 23, 2026, 11:00 AM EDT at the BNIA Conference Room (4200 Genesee St., Buffalo, NY 14225).
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
Proponents must register to attend. Register by April 22, 2026, 1:00 PM EDT by sending an email to arlene.sebastian@nfta.com.
QUESTION DUE DATE: April 24, 2026, 11:00 AM EDT.

For successful questionnaire and /or Bid/Table template uploads, please ensure you are using Microsoft Office/Excel/Word 2007 or newer.
