Project Description: The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms for upgrading the online experience for users of the Jefferson County Attorney’s website. This will include a complete redesign, build, and install of the website which is to be cloud-based and use an easy to-use and functional content management system (CMS). Proposals shall include onboarding and staff training. The solution must include the following enhancements:
• Responsive redesign of the entire online experience
• Seamless integration of the user interface and experience (UX) in the website
• Compliance with Accessibility Standards for Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) and with World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
• Support for multiple languages )
• The current website was designed using Drupal.
