HOMEOWNER ACCESSIBILITY GRANT PROGRAM. The Blaine Economic Development Authority (EDA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified non-profit and for profit service providers to design and administer a program promoting accessibility and fall prevention. Program must include an assessment of the accessibility needs based on the physical characteristics of individual homes and their residents and administration of a small grant program.
