RFQ - On-Call Professional Architectural and Engineering Services

Request for Qualifications

The City of Lathrop’s Department of Public Works is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified Consulting Engineers and Architects to provide on-call professional civil, traffic, utility engineering and architectural and landscape architect engineering consulting services. These services will support the operations of the City’s Public Works Engineering and Utility Divisions, as well as its Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

Please find attached the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the subject project.  If interested, three (3) bound copies and one (1) electronic .pdf copy of the RFQ response signed by an authorized representative of the proposing entity, shall be delivered on or before 5:00 pm, November 5, 2025 to:

Responses received after this time and date may be rejected.

Response to questions will be e-mailed to all recipients of this RFQ. It is imperative that firms interested in submitting a response to the RFQ contact Greg Gibson with the name of the project representative and e-mail address to ensure full dissemination of responses to questions.
