Project Description: Wake County, North Carolina owns books and materials through the Wake County Public Library system (WCPL) that it wishes to dispose of via methods of sale or recycling. Since some of these materials are in saleable condition, the County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors capable of acquiring, collecting, transporting, and selling large volumes of previously owned books and materials.
