To secure the services to maintain a continuing tree pruning and hazard tree removal program. The Contractor shall furnish qualified journeyman tree pruning personnel, operationally reliable equipment, and professional supervision to prune and cut down trees along District electrical, fiber optic, and other District facilities as needed throughout the District's service area.
