NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by the Board of
Commissioners of the Town of West New York, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on
September 22, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Town Clerk's Office in the Municipal
Building, 428-60th Street, West New York, N.J. for:
"WEST NEW YORK RECREATION CENTER CONSTRUCTION"
Bid information, in the form of a flash drive, may be obtained at CPA Architecture, LLC, 6401
Park Avenue, Suite 201, West New York, New Jersey 07093 during regular business hours from
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A check or credit card payment in the amount of $75 is due upon receipt of
bid documentation.
Each bid must be submitted on the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the
name and address of the bidder. The bid must be addressed to the Town of West New York and
plainly marked "West New York Recreation Center Construction"
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C.
17:27.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids, in
accordance with applicable law.
