This project will renovate the HVAC system in Carroll Hall (built in 1968). The renovation will focus on outside air makeup and exhaust air systems to address moisture intrusion issues. Additional scope includes firestopping the utility chase walls and painting the building interior. Work shall be completed during the summer break.
