Description


Scope of Work: ¿The Project¿ The contractor will be responsible for demo and installation of a new HVAC system per design and specification at the Coweta County EMA/911 Center. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to complete the project as proposed. The contractor will be responsible for all field measurements and verification of all new equipment that will be installed. The contractor will be responsible for all site clean-up and debris disposal daily. Contractor should take precautions against damaging or disrupting the building, any damages shall be repaired at the contractor¿s cost. It will be Coweta County responsibility to contact and schedule Siemens Technology for any building automations work. The contractor is not responsible for any building automations work. The contractor will be responsible for verification of all structural dimensions associated with the bid proposal

Requirements:
¿        The project can be completed during normal business hours, Monday thru Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
¿        A detailed design and specification has been prepared by BAA Mechanical Engineers Inc. 500 Bishop Street Suite E-2 Atlanta, GA 30318. See attached specifications and prints for specific information. Specifications and prints are to be followed for the duration of the project. BAA Project No. 22113; M0.01, M0.02, M0.03, M1.01.
¿        Basis of Design: Trane YSJ120 or equal too. All equal too must be submitted no later than ten days prior to bid close date and time. They will be reviewed by the engineer for approval.
¿        The contractor will comply with industry standards and best practices as it pertains to safety for the duration of the project.
¿        Provide submittals for all proposed equipment with proposal package.
¿        Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
¿        Coweta County will be responsible for the electrical portion of the project (Sheet No. E1.1).
