- IAW AFMAN 64-302, NAF Contracting Procedures, Small Business programs do not apply to NAF Contracting actions. This acquisition will be full and open competition.
- The NAICs code for this acquisition is 236220.
- The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
- Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING. Any authorized changes will be made in writing by issuing amendment(s). Offeror(s) shall acknowledge receipt of
amendment(s) in block 19 of SF1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with their offer.
- This is a non-appropriated fund purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the Unites States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. IAW AFMAN 64-302, NAF Contracting Procedures, Para 2.9.2 Small Business Act. PL 85-536, Small Business Act of 1958 and FAR guidance relative to small business and other award preference programs do not apply to NAF Contracting.
- Alternative Payment Protections will apply IAW FAR 52.228-13. The awardee shall submit one of the following payment protections: 1. Payment Bond 2. Irrevocable Letter of Credit 3. Tripartite Escrow Agreement
