The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Office of Higher Education (OHE), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with CoBro Consulting, LLC for the following products and/or services; (1) maintenance of Compass for use by GEAR UP program and school staff, (2) monthly online Compass system user training, as needed. (3) data hosting on CoBro secure server, (4) technical support, upgrades, and enhancements relating to the CompassMatch system, (5) Assistance with completion of the APR data tables, conduct analyses and present data outcomes and supporting narrative within APR objectives section (6) CCREC data support.

CoBro is a GEAR UP specific vendor and retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary products and services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
