This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. The Minnesota Department of Commerce intends to purchase an annual membership from the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (NAUPA) for Fiscal Year 2027. NAUPA is the foremost authority on unclaimed property and is comprised of the unclaimed property programs of all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as well as several foreign jurisdictions. NAUPA helps provide the necessary leadership, consumer protection and support – facilitating collaboration among government administrators – to promote the success of unclaimed property programs. NAUPA develops and adopts policy and engages in the legislative process to represent unclaimed property programs in every state, protect the unclaimed property rights of citizens, and support the overall public good. Through annual conferences, webinars, conference calls and other online resources, NAUPA provides members with a forum for meaningful and collaborative exchanges regarding interstate cooperation, education, uniform laws, reporting requirements and increasing the public’s awareness of the role the states play in protecting and returning unclaimed property to the rightful owners.
