The Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf intends to enter into an agreement with PBBS Equipment Corporation of Eagan, MN, for up to 12 months. PBBS Equipment Corporation will provide and install a Linkageless Auto flame control upgrade for Boiler #3 at the location. The Contractor will also synchronize the upgrade with the other Auto flame propriety boiler equipment and ensure the system is functioning together.
This purchase has been deemed a single source because PBBS Equipment Corporation is the exclusive Tech-Center for Auto flame, the manufacturer of the Combustion Control System to be installed, in the Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota region.
